about a week ago now, my class was given some fabulous sci fi creepy haunting music.. and basically we had to create a movement piece involving teh music somehow.
storyline: mad scientist (glen) is messing about with his potions and generally following his dream of eradicating the human race.. the elements of his creation (jo and i) start of very airy fairy, coming in on either side of him - very mystical not quite sure as to what we are going to turn out as..
then the music changes and jo and i crouch down and become one.. one giant thing that glen can no longer control.. and we - as one - in synchronised moves - begin to hunt him.
In the end creation triumphs over master, showing the audience.. basically.. dont mess with the human race... bad. very bad!
im really enjoying movement, theres a certain aspect of freedom involved and a masquarade.. you are not yourself, you are not even human. you are a being, and all you wish to do is to express yourself and your emotions.
fun!

You really did well with the movement aspect. Thank you for putting in the effort that you do. Also for being so open to new ideas, it makes the class so much more exciting when studnets don't think i am crazy, well not completely anyway.
